Last Day of School Info

5-28-2010

The last day of school will be Friday, June 18. The schedule will be as follows:

Elementary school and AM Kindergarten students will be picked up at regular time.

AM Kindergarten students will be dismissed at 9:45 AM.

PM Kindergarten buses will be at their first pick up point at 9:30 AM.

All PM Kindergarten and elementary school students will be dismissed at 11:45 AM.

NOTICIA IMPORTANTE!

El ultimo dia del ano escolar sera viernes el 18 de junio. El horario sera asi:

Kinder de la manana: Llegada 8:30 AM Salida 9:45 AM

Kinder de la tarde: Los buses comienzan a recogerios a los estudiantes a las 9:30 AM Llegada 10:00 AM Salida 11:45 AM

Primer y Segundo Grados: Llegada 8:30 AM Salida 11:45 AM

Summer Reading

6-1-2010 Click here for information about reading with your child over the summer. A summer reading calendar will be sent home with the report card for all students entering Grades 1 and 2 next year. Students entering Grade 3 will receive information from AGIS.

Day Care Forms for 2010-2011 School Year

5-28-2010 Is your child attending daycare during the 2010-11 school year? If so, YOU need to submit a new daycare form NOW! All daycare is deleted from the systems at the end of each school year. Daycare arrangements are NOT carried over automatically for the next year.

School and District Summer Office Hours Effective June 21- August 15, 2010

4-16-2010 At the March 25 School Board meeting, the Board of School Directors approved a four-day summer work week for year-round employees. The four-day work week will begin June 21, 2010, and will end on August 15, 2010. All school buildings and the district administration building will be closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during this time period. School and district offices will be open to the public Monday through Thursday during the core hours of 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. District and school offices will be closed on Monday July 5, 2010, in observance of Independence Day.
