Please save the date and plan to attend Avon Grove School District’s annual Technology Fair & Science Exhibition, scheduled from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2010, at Avon Grove High School. Avon Grove students, parents, and community members are invited to explore instructional technology demos, interactive exhibits, and how-to technology sessions for parents. More than 40 instructional technology exhibits will be featured. More information will be posted on the here as the event date approaches.

You are invited to Parent Night on Tuesday, March 16th from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m in the Avon Grove High School cafeteria. Come and hear a very well regarded speaker, Margaret Mary Albright, speak with you about coping with your teenager’s stress.  She will be discussing symptoms to look for, factors that contribute to your teen’s stress, and successful techniques to utilize in helping your teen deal with their stress. During the administration of the PSSA test on April 13th, 14th, and 15th, 11th grade students will report to school at the regular time and 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students will report to school with a 3 hour delay. For more information, please view the PSSA Alternate Schedule.

Spring Sports will begin at the Middle School on March 8, 2010.  All PIAA physical information must be on file in the Athletic office BEFORE a student may participate in any practice or try-out.  Information and forms can be obtained from the Athletic Website.
